Cherry-Apple Brook is one of the ten landscapes in Yuan Dadu City Wall Ruins Park of Chaoyang District, where there are over 5,000 cherry-apple trees of 28 varieties, including midget crabapple, flowering quince, soulard crabapple, and hall crabapple. Boasting the most variety and largest number of cherry-apple trees in Beijing, Cherry-apple Brook is the largest cherry-apple garden in the city. The Cherry-apple Festival held in Yuan Dadu City Wall Ruins Park is one of the three major spring flower festivals in Beijing along with the Peach Blossoms Festival at the Beijing Botanical Garden and the Cherry Blossom Festival at Yuyuantan Park.

Pinggu is well known as the hometown for some of the largest peaches in China. The peach gardens there cover an area of 220,000 mu, dubbed as the largest fruit area in Beijing, the largest peach township in China, and the largest peach garden in the world. Pinggu peach blossoms are in full bloom around mid-April every year. The peach blossoms spread as far as the eyes can see, covering the mountains and forming a sea of flowers, and attracting numerous locals and tourists.

The rape flower field in Yukou Town, Pinggu District consists of two pieces of thousand-mu farmlands in Beijing that are planned with a high concentration of overwintering rape flowers. The overwintering rape flowers bloom from the middle or end of April to the end of May every year. Between the blue sky and green grass, you can see golden yellow rape flowers spreading all over, covering the landscape with the warm colors of spring. When the breeze blows through the sea of flowers, spring is in the air.

Beizhai Village is located in South Dulehe Town, Pinggu District, in a narrow valley within the shallow mountainous area at the eastern end of the Yanshan Mountains. With a high percentage of forest coverage, the village is surrounded by mountains on three sides and boasts beautiful scenery and fresh air. Beizhai Village has a red apricot plantation of over ten thousand mu. In early spring, apricot blossoms pervade the mountains, and it is a good time for tourists to come and appreciate the apricot blossoms.

Beijing Botanical Garden is located near Xiangshan, on Wofosi Road, Haidian District. Cherry Valley is located at the western foot of Shou'an Mountain within the garden, and is named after the cherry trees planted along the mountain streams in the Ming dynasty. In recent years, wooden walkways and artificial misters have been laid in Cherry Valley. Visitors can stroll on the walkways and walk through the trees. The surrounding mist helps create an atmosphere reminiscent of a fantasy land.
