A few days ago, the long-established Baitasi Pharmacy set up Yao Coffee, a wellness cafe, after a conversion of the existing space, which attracted many consumers. 

The cafe has a modern decor that contrasts with the traditional motif of the pharmacy on the same floor. 

The cafe intends to offer wellness drinks and premium coffee. Among them, Luoshen Wumei Drinks (洛神乌梅饮) and Snow Pear Drinks (雪梨汤饮) are typical beverages sharing the idea of "food and medicine coming from the same source". Both of them are exclusively served with rich tastes and the concept of health.

Each non-coffee drink corresponds to a hutong nearby, taking its name or story behind it.
