On April 15, Beijing CBD officially launched a consumption festival.
With "Poems and Dreams" as the keynote of the consumption festival, over a dozen of shopping malls, including China World, China Central Place, Yintai, Beijing Kerry Centre and Parkview Green, have set up small pop-up stores, fine art installations, mini natural landscapes, and more in outdoor public areas as supplementary attractions for their commercial locations; they have also added new consumption scenarios, such as fashionable and creative catering, cafés, and bars to build immersive themed blocks.
The consumption festival will release brand-new musical activities such as fine arts concerts, small-sized public concerts, business district music corners, etc. CBD Youth Coffee Day, beer festival and so on are still to be held this year.
In addition, the Beijing CBD Business District Alliance has also been established. The first batch of members consists of over a dozen of business projects, including Silk Street, SKP Beijing, Hopson One, Starbucks Coffee, Tesla, etc.
