On March 4, ahead of the one-year countdown to the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games, the Beijing Organising Committee for the Games and Air China jointly unveiled the painted aircrafts featuring themed patterns of Beijing 2022 emblems and mascots.

The flight departed from Beijing Capital International Airport to Changchun, capital city of Jilin Province, becoming the second Winter Olympics themed aircraft of Air China.
