Bank of China will officially launch a hotline for Games-time account services from 4 January to 15 March 2022. We aim to better serve stakeholders from outside China’s mainland in opening, change, and cancellation of accounts for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Beijing 2022. Customers can call the 24-hour customer service hotline 95566 for information about banking services, such as account services.
After calling 95566, you can press 8 for 24-hour English language service; or press 6 for French, German, Russian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Arabic language services between 8:00 and 22:00.
